Contract Renewal Not Showing

Please could a moderator get in touch to have a quick look into my account.

I recently renewed my contract using a link on my Virgin Media account page, but sadly nothing now seems to show any signs of renewing.

I'd just like to know if a Mod can see anything pending.

Hey HavencroftKev, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this about your renewal.

If you have done this online it can take around 10 - 14 working days to show / become active. 

Did you get an email confirmation about this to confirm it has gone through?

We wouldn't be able to see this sorry as online orders are processed differently to what we can see.

VM must be the only company where doing things online is a LOT slower. I've always done any package changes/contract renewal over the phone and it's immediate. 

I'm sadly very sceptical Virgin Media are going to honour my renewal. 

The pre-contract agreement says I'm still on the Maxit Package and clearly states TNT Sports is still included.

We will see I guess.
