Contract Renewal Not Showing
Please could a moderator get in touch to have a quick look into my account. I recently renewed my contract using a link on my Virgin Media account page, but sadly nothing now seems to show any signs...

VM must be the only company where doing things online is a LOT slower. I've always done any package changes/contract renewal over the phone and it's immediate.
I'm sadly very sceptical Virgin Media are going to honour my renewal.
The pre-contract agreement says I'm still on the Maxit Package and clearly states TNT Sports is still included.
We will see I guess.
