I am having the same issue as many other people appear to be having - I can't find an option anywhere in my account to switch to e-billing. Please can you help me fix this issue?

Sorry to hear you are having issues when trying to switch to E-billing. Typically you should be able to make the change as seen here To best look into this, we are sending you a private message. Please keep an eye out for an envelope at the top right corner of your Forum page. Let me know if you have any issues locating this.
