Unless the fault you are experiencing is exactly one of the three listed on web page you cannot report the fault.
Then you cannot report that experience on the survey Email they send you so it digitally looks like you are happy with the outcome.

We're more than willing to assist further, but we do ask these questions so we can understand the extent of the problem. I've ran some checks on our side, and can't see any immediately identifiable issues with the line.
Can you confirm how you are plugging in your Landline? Is this via a wall socket, or the back of your Hub? Are you able to receive calls, but not make them?
