I have only just noticed (today) that my landline is not working.
I have a dialling tone but when i dial another landline/mobile number/1471 or 1571 I get the engaged tone.
If anyone tries to ring me, the phone does not ring but goes straight through to voicemail.
My landline is plugged directly into the Virgin hub and I have never had any problems until now.
My system/set up has not changed.

Tudor i'm sorry but how do I access the VM hub in order to log on and see the status.
My son set everything up for me when we had the new Hub 5 so I haven't a clue as to where to look.

Thank you so much for popping back to us and thank you Tudor for their advise so far. Just so you are aware you can access the Hub setting page by typing 192.168.0.1 in your browsers address bar and entering the Hub settings password where prompted.

"Hub settings password" this is on the bottom of the Hub5, do not confuse it with the WiFi password.
