Problems with landline

I have only just noticed (today) that my landline is not working. I have a dialling tone but when i dial another landline/mobile number/1471 or 1571 I get the engaged tone. If anyone tries to rin...

    "Hub settings password" this is on the bottom of the Hub5, do not confuse it with the WiFi password.

Does the hub say that "telephony is enabled"?

      It’s in the VM hub after you logon. Bottom of the first page.

        Tudor i'm sorry but how do I access the VM hub in order to log on and see the status.

        My son set everything up for me when we had the new Hub 5 so I haven't a clue as to where to look.
