Problems with landline
I have only just noticed (today) that my landline is not working.
I have a dialling tone but when i dial another landline/mobile number/1471 or 1571 I get the engaged tone.
If anyone tries to ring me, the phone does not ring but goes straight through to voicemail.
My landline is plugged directly into the Virgin hub and I have never had any problems until now.
My system/set up has not changed.

"Hub settings password" this is on the bottom of the Hub5, do not confuse it with the WiFi password.
