I have only just noticed (today) that my landline is not working.
I have a dialling tone but when i dial another landline/mobile number/1471 or 1571 I get the engaged tone.
If anyone tries to ring me, the phone does not ring but goes straight through to voicemail.
My landline is plugged directly into the Virgin hub and I have never had any problems until now.
My system/set up has not changed.

"Hub settings password" this is on the bottom of the Hub5, do not confuse it with the WiFi password.

Thanks for reaching out to us @LesGTO, and we're sorry to hear of the issues being experienced on the landline services held with Virgin Media, when trying to dial out.
There doesn't appear to be any local area faults that may be the cause of this issue for you.
Can you please try a basic re-booting of the hub for us?
If a basic reboot doesn't work, the next option would be to try a resetting of the hub, via the reset button on the back of the hub, that would need a pin to press into the hole.

I have already re-booted the hub, so will now reset the hub via the reset button.
