Please could you advise me on what to do next as we can't call out to the 150 number on the Landline. Trying to find a contact number is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
We have been made aware from other Virgin customers that they had a similar issue and had their phone connected into the Broadband Router as their lines were damaged.
I have disconnected the phone and rebooted it but still nothing.
