No incoming calls on landline

No incoming calls through landline

Can dial out but nothing incoming 

only had this service for a week and already issues !

Has the landline every worked for incoming calls previously? 

When you make a call to your landline, what happens/what do you hear?

When you make an outgoing call, if you call a mobile, does this show as the same number you're calling when checking the incoming calls?
