Need adaptor to set up landline

Hi

i have not set up a landline before but I need one set up ASAP

I notice the connection in the back of the router which says telephone is smaller than what comes with telephones.

Do I need an adaptor? 

if so, please can I be sent one urgently? I want to use my landline on Monday .

You won't get a reply from VM on here straight away, so the chances of getting an adapter by Monday is pretty much none.

The only chance you'll have to get one by Monday is to buy your own:

How do I know if I have the telephone via hub service?

I have read that only certain lines have been moved over from BT lines?
