For 6weeks our landline stopped working, we thought nothing of it and thought it was temporary. We do not have a mobile phone but we are recommended to phone 150 inform Virgin. Of course we can not do that, so we spend hours going round in circles with their website, they give a chat line but it does not work. We click on the chatline button but it is dead. They send us the invoices but we are not getting what is paid for. We even purchased new phone just in case that was the problem BUT it wasn't! So how are we supposed to get in touch and get our landline working.
Funny that also a couple of months ago they suddenly without warning prevented access to our email account, this went on for months, our phone worked then but it took approx 3 months to get our emails viewed. They needed another email account to check it was us. It is a disgraceful service and as soon as possible we will change it.
