Landline not working,

Landline not working. Spoke to VM who say there is an outage BL66AE. Status says no issues

    I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service, I have taken a look but cannot see an outage in the area, did the team advise that they were raising an outage for you at all?

      I asked, can you please confirm there is an outage. I was told yes and that an update would follow. This was approx 17:00 on 6-02-24

        The known outage may have since resolved Katherine24 

        Are you still facing an issue with the landline? If so what exactly is happening? Do you have a dial tone?

    • Phone is wireless. I did plug the base unit into the main socket with no difference. The fibre upgrade into the Hub was cancelled
