Home phone is dead after engineer changed to VOIP. EBUL not working

On our wavelength

An engineer came yesterday and changed my phone to VOIP. It worked when he checked it but it is now completely dead. He also supplied an EBUL phone which will make outgoing calls but not incoming calls. My wife is disabled so we need this to work. I have reset the hub and checked the connections.
I have tried phoning Virgin but can't get any help.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you again for posting. Can I ask what the lights on the Hub are showing? Have you checked all the wires are still connected securely?

Update: I have finally had a technician visit and he has got it working. It is nearly a month since the fault developed and it has taken three technician visits plus three appointments which were not attended. This has been very frustrating but, at long last, it is now OK.
