Same problem as a lot of people - a dead landline with no dialling tone. Have checked all the obvious things like connections, equipment ( even bought new phones). Getting through to VM has been a problem as I can't use the phone and the live chat is no use. Any ideas on how to get the solution to this problem moving? I would be grateful for any help.
