Anytime chatter

Hi, I have just upgraded. And I have removed to anytime chatter from talk more any time without Explanation.

Can someone tell me the difference between the two. My understanding is the chatter one now charges for some calls. Can you tell me exactly which ones they are please.

Because I may need to cancel my contract.
