Anytime chatter

I am wondering why I am being charged for landline phone calls even though I subscribe to "Anytime chatter"?

I tried calling VM, but apparently my password is incorrect even though it works when I login to VM.

I've tried using my old virginmedia email password and that doesn't work either, but hopefully someone on here can help. Any advice much appreciated.

    You should be able to reset your telephone memorable word as below

    Whether or not you get charged for a call (even if you are on Anytime Chatter) may depend on the specific number you are calling and duration of the call. Calls become chargeable after 60 mins.

    Do you know the number/particular call (don't post it on here) which has generated a call cost?
