Hi all, I am unable to acess my xxx.xxx@ntlworld.com email from a web interface but can access from my mobile. Any ideas how I get his fixed.

Just to clarify, do you still have a VM broadband account?
The reason I ask is that being able to access the email account via an email app but not being able to access the webmail account is a sign that VM are in the process of closing down the email account.
The most likely reason for that is that the email account is no longer linked to a live VM broadband account.
Could that be the case here?
