Hi there
I'm trying to add my NTL World email to my iPhone. It stopped working a month or two ago, so I deleted the account and tried to re-add, but getting this error message: No password provided for NTL World. Please go to mail account setting and enter password. The password on my iPhone looks to be correct!
It's still working on my Fire Tablet though. Therefore, I would like reset my password to see if that will help (and obviously don't want to mess with the Fire Tablet settings where it is work). Will that help? Or is there a known issue with @NTLWorld.com email addresses under Virgin Media now?
Any pointers you can provide would be welcomed.
