Secondary email address not working

One of our secondary email accounts, used daily by my daughter, has stopped working today (after 1.30am). I have tried password reset but to no avail - it keeps changing the password on my primary email address and MyAccount login. All other secondary email addresses are working fine, as is the primary one. I have spent 1.5 hours on the phone with your Call Agents with no resolution.

This is urgent - my daughter needs to access travel tickets from her emails for inter railing from Saturday morning.

please could you advise how you resolved this? I have the same problem today on my daughter's email and Virgin appear clueless. It is as if her email address no longer exists. It is a big concern seeing as she is going away inter railing from Saturday and guess where her tickets are stored....

Secondary email accounts now have their own 'My Virgin Media' login. See last section on this page

from there, can you carry out a password reset to regain access to VM webmail for her?
