Outlook email connection issue today
I switched to "New" Outlook on my Windows 10 PC to read my VM blueyonder emails (plus gmail and outlook email accounts) months ago and all working perfectly until today. I have new emails in webmail but they are not appearing in Outlook. In addition when I create a new email in Outlook it will not send and any I try to send from VM webmail do not arrive in Outlook. I have checked all email settings. I tried to manage the blueyonder account in Outlook and selected Repair. Outlook came back with the message Unable to connect to your provider. I have not changed any settings or passwords anywhere. Is this a VM issue or MS?
Have you gone through the process of completing VM's security changes (inc. providing a third party email address and setting an app password)?
