Email setup on Outlook
I have 2 email accounts on ntlworld which were working fine on Outlook until Virgin decided to make things more secure. I have set up an external mail address on hotmail for one account but do I have to have another external account for the 2nd ntlworld account ? None of the accounts work in Outlook. It is so confusing now as never know what username to use where as I now have 2 accounts plus an external account to log into and don't know which I should be using. Virgin are of no help as at 70 and hard of hearing I can't understand the heavily accented support lines.
You have understood most of the changes and it is, indeed, very confusing. This is my understanding of how it now is supposed to work ...
