Not receiving password reset link

Upon attempting to log into my 'My Virgin Media' account, it repeatedly said my password was incorrect so I requested a password reset link but despite trying multiple times over the course of an hour on different devices and browsers it has still not arrived. I am in the process of changing Broadband packages as my current one ends tomorrow (25/09/24) so it is quite urgent. Please help.
