We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues with their email service and are very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. Our teams are working flat out to fully restore all emails as soon as possible.

I didn't even get to see the 'maintenance warning', but thank goodness for this forum for an update. We are also still down in NW Home Counties, all accounts on vm.com and ntlworld.com. /sigh/ Haven't bothered trying webmail.

Well no surprise.. and no e-mail. Phones 150 and got recorded message "customers may be experiencing.....we are working hard to bla bla"

My VM Mail System has totally gone ‘walkabouts’ - it was ok until about 10:30 am - 30/6/23 - though historic info still missing

Same here in NW Home Counties, appears to be a national issue (again) or continuation of the last one? Fyi, the big post/thread from 2 weeks ago is still active and many new posts!
