I am going round in circles trying to sign in to my ntlworld email
This is my main email account and is in constant use to need to be able to access stored emails - I have re-set my password and cleared cache but no luck and am beyond frustrated
What else can I do?

Others are reporting email problems at the moment, so this may be a system problem. You could try checking the advice here...

This assumes of course that your email address is still linked to a current Virginmedia broadband account. If it is not then it has probably been closed by VM.

it is FUBAR ATM
The password parser is refusing to allow anything i try nor does it seem to like Firefox's random generator , I had some success with duck-duck-go but , I'm still going around in circle trying to generate a ntlworld 'APP' password for my Thunderbird or Aquamail clients.

I'm afraid I have tried all of the suggested things and nothing has worked
A ticket was raised yesterday morning for IT to resolve - so far spoken to 3 different people all with different promises and different timescales - from within the next hour and I will call you to 5-10 days!!
Needless to say we are more than 24 hours on and I still cannot access and no-one has been in contact today at all
It would appear I am not the only one but this is little comfort when there are important documents I need to access
