Email Signing Issues
When initially logging into email with [removed] my wife received an account compromised message. Following instructions we changed the mail address on the account to [removed] We changed the password and generated the app passwords as instructed.
Email is now accessible via this account/password combination, but IMAP/POP is not using the password generated on the virgin website - as instructed
When trying to change the account email address back to [REMOVED , we get a message to say you cannot change your sign in details to ntlworld.com.
What is the resolution ? Why I can't she change the account back to ntlworld.com , as this is her email address ?
