Email issues

We are now on day 9 of not being able to access our Virginmedia emails!! Countless calls to  customer service, promise of a call back, but it never happened and IT guys were supposed to be on it but it still is not resolved! Hours spent trying to access it, it might come on if we are lucky, but then is so very slow loading! We cannot access them on anything,  computer, laptop, tablet or phones! Why is this happening and why is it taking so long to resolve?

    How are you accessing, using Webmail or a mail client?

    Have you setup the new VMO2ID account that is now required?

    Are you currently a paying customer of VM Broadband?

      Of course we are paying customers of VM broadband, we have the full package. Yes also to the VM02ID. Thats the problem, we aren'tgetting accessing to any emails or like today, I have access but hubby doesn't and my access is very slow loading and I can't answer any emails!! It will likely go off again shortly!!

        This will be of no help to you whatsoever but, I've been trying to get my VM mail for over 5 weeks (as of today).

        I'm a VN paying customer (20+ years). I changed to a Gmail account login 18 months ago (when I renegotiated this contract, which ends in September.

        I've been using the Gmail login with no issues until @ 5 weeks ago. I spoke to a line-up of the usual suspects, only there to placate customers and little else. One guy knew his stuff, he walked me through step-by-step, that was a real rigmarole to get into my emails, but it worked.... for 6 days then today... no more access. It keeps sending confirmation email to an email address I've not had access to over 5 years. VM are useless. Just glad I set up email forwarding last week or I'd be back to being totally shut out

    Day 10 now with either no email access at all or when it does open up, it is so slow and we cannot reply to any emails. It is the same on our phones, tablets and computer! IT guys are supposed to be on with it, so why is this problem not resolved? What is going on VM? This is just not good enough!!
