Email issues
We are now on day 9 of not being able to access our Virginmedia emails!! Countless calls to customer service, promise of a call back, but it never happened and IT guys were supposed to be on it but it still is not resolved! Hours spent trying to access it, it might come on if we are lucky, but then is so very slow loading! We cannot access them on anything, computer, laptop, tablet or phones! Why is this happening and why is it taking so long to resolve?
I would strongly recommend any mail solution that is not tied to an ISP. Also be sure to take regular backups as email is not a storage facility. There are many posts here were users have lost years of “precious” items by not having backups.
