Email not working (error inside server message)

NTLworld email not working - "An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

Nothing about it in Service Status.

I notice that over the past couple of weeks other people have the same problem  - No solution and it just seems to resolve itself in a day or so. 

However that is not satisfactory when I need to send an email now.

TBH I haven't raised a complaint because of previous experiences of wasting my time in doing so - e.g. the links to the forms don't work, I don't get a response yet VM say they have tried to contact me or they just brush me off and can never get through on the phone.   

However, on the occasion that I emailed the Resolutions team, they have been helpful, but of course, with this problem, I can't send emails to anyone.

If I have some spare time, I'll try your link and quote this thread..... but i won't hold my breath.

Email service isn't part of the compensation policy so thus wouldn't apply I'm afraid.

mine is down and I had emails to send as part of a legal case I am dealing with!!! not good not good at all poor service and useless customer service

Sorry to hear your Email was down stopping you from sending important messages, were you able to get this resolved, is this now working?
