Error cs9993 on volume does not work

Managed to pair with tv and all works fine including putting the tv onto standby! but it still does not let me control the volume with the 360 remote? Have tried rebooting, pairing and unpairing again and again , rebooted the 360 box still no joy. Very frustrating as having to use two remotes

    Thanks for coming back to us Sappo. We're sorry to hear of the issues that you're having pairing your TV and the 360 box. All of the pairing codes may not have been added to the 360 box at the moment, I will get this checked to see if we can provide more information or a resolution for you.

    Hi Stappo thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

    If you are following the instructions to pair the volume, then it's likely your model of TV sadly doesn't enable you to use the volume button.

    Can you confirm what model your TV is please?

      It’s a year old Hisense tv, exactly the same model used with my other box and that paired perfectly. It’s defo not the tv that’s the issue
