Email not working (error inside server message)

    I am sorry to hear that there was an issue with the sending of emails, and am glad to hear that this is now resolved. 

    Please keep an eye on this and let us know if anything changes.

After several hours of getting the same error, I can now send emails - no idea of the cause of the problem or what resolved it.

    Exactly the same is happening when I try sending emails this morning. 

    Earlier I also go the 'account locked out, please change password etc. scenario' which I now ignore.

    What is it with VM these days - unreliable for a communications company and no explanation as to what keeps going wrong.

    I'd be interested to know if  these errors more common with NTLWORLD email accounts?

    I guess I'll have to wait until I can log in again eventually.

    After 5 hours of not being able to send emails this morning,  can now send them. Do you have any idea on what is causing this intermittent (but rather annoying) problem? Other people have reported it as well. 

    p.s. Can I edit my  original post rather than adding a reply?

      I'm very glad to hear this is now resolved, please do keep an eye on this and do make us aware if anything changes. We do not have any information as to why with this now being resolved unfortunately

    This seems to be occurring to many ntlworld accounts as I seem to be afflicted today getting An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

    Has the issue been identified and is there and incident running on the problem, ie investigate/identify/fix ?
