I'd like to delete a secondary email address (Ntlworld.com) permanently.
I have removed the account from my list of secondary accounts but I'd like assurance that the address has gone.
I can provide the detail as appropriate on response.
Try sending an email to the deleted email address and if a Mail delivery failed : returned to sender error message is received in response then it no longer exists.

Thanks for the advice. I'd already tested that - no bounce. I've also verified that email still appears to be valid with an online checker.
So hoping a VM rep will be able to take the actual email address from me (DM) so it can be removed.
