Hub 3 Permanent Red Light
Hi.
The light on my Hub 3 has been permanently red for the last few weeks. I have tried numerous things such as restart, reset, leaving off for several hours, but it doesn't change. My connectivity seems ok so not sure what the red light is trying to tell me. Also running diagnostics says everything seems ok. Do I just accept the light is red, or is there something that needs to be done with it?

Now we've been able to arrange for an engineer to attend and replace the Hub3.
Can you please keep us posted how the visit goes?
