Hub 3 Permanent Red Light

Hi.
The light on my Hub 3 has been permanently red for the last few weeks. I have tried numerous things such as restart, reset, leaving off for several hours, but it doesn't change. My connectivity seems ok so not sure what the red light is trying to tell me. Also running diagnostics says everything seems ok. Do I just accept the light is red, or is there something that needs to be done with it?

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with the red light on your Hub 
    I'd like to investigate this for you and arrange a swap.

    In the meantime can you make sure the Hub is well ventilated and away from any direct sources of heat.
    If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen, that would be great.
