Permanent Red Light on Hub

Hi

My Hub 3 is showing a permanent red light. The internet and WiFi are working fine.

I have done the usual rebooting, leaving powered down and unplugged overnight and even the 30 second pin reset to no avail.

Does this mean the router is on its way out?

    Sorry to hear of the permanent red light on your Hub 3.

    This is considered to be a sign of the hub overheating, and would need to be replaced as soon as possible.

      Hi David,

      Despute resetting multiple times, i have a permanent red light and my Internet drops out intermittently. I raised this in the online chat window however the advisor on the chat refused to send me a new hub and told me there is no problem because the internet is working at this moment,  despite there still being a red light. What can I do to get this sorted please?
