Sky sports 18 month deal

Hi. For the last 18 months i had broadband and flex tv plus sky sports and TNT for a total of £28 bb flex, £28.75 for sky sports and tnt.  So all included the price was £56.75.

I agreed to a new  contract deal in my offers online where nothing was added or removed and the price would be the same.

When it did renew it wasn't the same price and had gone up quite a lot. 

I contacted  virgin  and was told i couldn't have that deal even though i had agreed to it. So i cancelled all services.

Just under a week before disconnection i got a message to say they could give me Broadband for £19 and flex for another £1 so i agreed to this.

I had  seen online that there was an offer for 18 months for sky sports/cinema and TNT sports using flex so i tried to add these subscriptions but i noticed when in the basket there was no reduction for the deal and was full price.

I have tried today to use web chat to ask why this is. Do i have to cancel this new 24 month contract within my 14 day period  and start a new 18 month to be able to activate it or can it be added to my new 24 month contract?

i kept getting disconnected and got no where with it , i may just give up and just use Now Tv where i currently have sky sports for £17.99 for the next six months. I would prefer it on the flex just for being simple on one remote and one box.

Does anyone know what the solution is?

      Thank you for your message. 

      I have gone as far as the stage when you get the contract summary sent via  e mail. This states (£20 + £56.75)

       I believe if it includes the 18 month offer for TNT Sky Sports/Cinema it should be around (£20+ £29.75)

        Are you able to show us, please, the image of the deal at checkout, and we can investigate this further. Ensure there isn't any personal information on the image by blacking out/removing the details before posting.
