Netflix Activation

Joined just over 2 weeks ago with VirginMedia for the first time. Still awaiting the Netflix Activation link! 
Have spoken to multiple people via online chat and complaints over the phone to each time be told “24 hours” and “you’ll definitely receive it this time.” 
Last spoke to someone on Saturday and still nothing. 
Can anyone help?

      No, this is still not sorted. I was given a ticket code and told I’d receive a message once sorted, but still nothing!
