Added Sky Movies and iPlayer not working

Hi,

I added Sky Movies to my package and had a confirmation email 24/09/25, but the movies are not showing on my list. 

Today I went into my account and it doesn't show  as being added (I can actually add it again) so I'm now confused is it added or is it not? and how long does it take to appear on my channels?

BBC iPlayer - all apps work fine except this one, cannot load and get the error 34014. I have rebooted/unplugged many times and this issue still occurs. The iPlayer works fine via TV/Firestick,

I'm using the Steam Puck which I've had for just over a month so I'm presuming this is up to date.

    Due to VMs many accounting systems channels have to be added manually by CS staff. So if you have done anything other than speak to CS staff directly, your request will be put in a queue to be actioned. This can take several days.

      I actually don't think I can add it! 

      Even though I had a confirmation email to say its been added and updating my monthly payment, when I log into my account It still shows that I can add it (this time for 50p instead of 7.50) but still on a rolling 30 day contract.

      I called the CS Line but they were of no help at all - they said the offer I am telling them about is not visible on her screen, I offered to send a screenshot of my account and the offer is as plain as anything on my screen.

      All she wanted to do was increase my monthly bill by an insane amount I told them to leave my bill as it is (as I'm getting a good deal that I'm happy with)

      I've sent a complaint to VM as they should get their website in order and not offer packages if they aren't actually available to the customer - I still don't know if the package will get added as no one is answering the question ... just crazy

        Hi Maz5757​ 

        The normal frontline agents  don't have access to the online offers.

        There's a specialist back office team that have access to the systems to add the online offers to yuor account and the timescale for these is usually up to 10 working days.

        As to the iplayer issue, it looks like a member of the forum team will need to help with this - see /stream/bbc-iplayer-app-not-working/5668390
