I am sorry for the issues with your Broadband. I can appreciate this isn't ideal.
I've ran some checks for you and I can see there is a uptime issue. Your Hub hasn't been rebooted in 21 days.
Although designed to be constantly powered on, the device can go stale over time.
Please reboot the router and let us know if this helps with the connection 🙂
Thanks for getting back to me. The last reboot you have logged co-incides with me factory-resetting the router in an effort to resolve this issue. It didn't help.
I've rebooted the router again and will post an update in a day or so with results...
You can see when I rebooted my router at around 2pm (big spike of packet loss). Since then there's the usual spikes of high latency and packet loss.
