why does VM publish an invalid link?

I can log into my VM-O2 account. At the bottom of the first page that is then presented there is a set of quick link. The top left hand one is labeled 'Virgin Media Mail'. When I click this I get an error screen telling me that something has gone wrong, the address does not exist and instructs me to check the the address. Shouldn't this message be sen to VM - after all it's their link, not mine. And why does VM publish an invalid link anyway? How do I get to Vm Mail ?

    LateReturn​ That link returns the message you are seeing when there is no VM email address attached to the account you are logging into.  That would make sense given your other posts where you state that you left VM some time ago and have recently re-joined.  VM no longer provide free email addresses for broadband customers so you won't have a VM email address and therefore won't have access to VM Mail.
