sub email password reset blueyonder account

needing to reset my password on a sub email yet cant seam to work out how i can see the emails from the account in my main email box and can see it on the list of mails to send from along with a 3rd i don't recognise that i want to remove i realise there all separate now so i should be able to log in with the sub email but the website says it doesn't recognise it same with the reset password.

    edit think ive fixxed the issue as it was an allias not a sub email
