Ntlworld email / Outlook
Wife's ntl account using Outlook not getting e-mails whereas my ntlworld e-mails coming through ok. What is the latest problem, and how do I fix it?

Has she setup her own VMO2ID user account yet? Can she access the mailbox via "My VM" and Webmail? Has she generated a new app password for the Outlook mail client?
Yes. She has her own VM02ID account and a new password etc. She can get her ntlworld e-mails from the VM web page but not delivering to Outlook.
I can access my ntlworld email account via the Virgin Media website but can't access it through various clients such as Outlook, Gmail or Blue mail. Is there a problem with settings for these client software apps e.g. port settings. This problem started this morning. Can anyone advise?
