Lost Blue Yonder Mail

I no longer use VM services other than my legacy Blueyonder Email account. Up until last week I could still use my Virgin Media to access Web Mail, for some reason I couldn't get it to work with Outlook as it wont recognise Passwords any longer. I can still access it on my Iphone and Ipad through the EMAIL App which seems strange? Any suggestions as to how I can get things working again through MyVirgin Media or do you think that they have cut me off completely now. Help would be appreciated

    If you are no longer a customer of VM broadband, VM is very likely in the process of deleting your mailbox

    Some important information if you have a Virgin Media email account | Virgin Media Community - 5607207

    You need to get a new email address up and running ASAP and move over all your important services to the new email address while you still have limited access to the BY mailbox to receive security notifications from providers while you swap the email addresses over.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

    I'm very sorry to hear you've lost email access. If as your post states, you're not a Virgin Media customer, then the email will be in the process of being deleted as per our terms and conditions - virg.in/legals 

    To have an active email account, you need to be an active Virgin Media customer. Whilst you've still got access via the iPhone and iPad, I do recommend changing to a new supplier, moving everything over asap.
