My email has stopped working again.
After the problem of a few weeks ago and the return of send/receive email in Outlook I have waited patiently for the restoration of lost folders that contain important information that I thought were safe. I now cannot access emails (send or receive). I have tried to go via the web but it is asking me to change passwords etc. due to a possible security breach.
Since the problem looks like last time I am reluctant to mess around until I know it is needed. I have had no email from Virgin suggesting this would happen. I did however get one before this current problem saying they were going to restore historic emails by 17 July.
I have been a customer of Virgin since they took over NTL and this is the first time I have had any issues. This whole episode has dented my confidence with Virgin email and because I have recently altered my package I am stuck otherwise I would be looking elsewhere.
