Please can you include EMAIL on the service status page and be honest about when there is a problem

It's SIX days now and Emails and Folders have NOT been restored. What a service Virgin Media have supplied to us all.You can try the phone numbers (150) or the mobile number, where you will be taking POT LUCK which country you get through to and POT LUCK if you actually get through to anyone who can answer your questions or know what the F**CK you are talking about.I did get an email from a person claiming to be 'The Director of Customer Service', Axel Wehrle, informing me they 'AIM' to restore our Emails and Folders from the back up NEXT WEEK, don't hold your breath with this incompetent company who have obviously been hiring a bunch of numbskulls in the last few years.It might be time for the OMBUDSMEN to get involved if nothing happens next week.Thanks for nothing Virgin Media

As you can appreciate many of us depend heavily on your email service and ability to save emails on your service. It has been over a week and still all our emails are missing and am unable to get confirmation on how long I will be without email history. Shaun

VM: Why not edit the website homepage and community page with a clear statement?This is the problem. This is what we’re doing to fix it. This is when it will be fixed by. This is how to claim compensation. And a reassurance that this is not a security issue.Because that would entail someone actually having to 'do something' which is far more difficult (brain taxing) than just 'cut and paste' which is just about the technical limit of most of VM's staff (wouldn't call them 'engineers' or 'technicians' because they obviously are NOT)If 'turning it off and on again' doesn't work, then they can't figure out anything else!!

BBC news has just posted on Virgin Media about customers having too much difficulty cancelling contracts. In the article email problems are mentioned and said to have been solved although the BBC seem to have had their doubts about this and "... Virgin Media whether this disruption to emails has been fully resolved." The outcome of that is not divulged. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-66174785

been told by 2 different people @ virgin will be 5 days! Been told that twice!!
still waiting!!
got emails need to action!
no idea who to talk to now!?
been with virgin & all it’s earlier companies for over 25 yrs! Worst service have had!!
theyve had thousands of £s from me!
