Issue - Setting up two-factor authentication
Good Evening All,
It appears I'm a little late to the party (seeing a lot of complaints).
I don't login to my Virgin Account/ Email often, tried tonight and I'm being asked to setup two-factor authentication.
I've tried both a GMAIL and OUTLOOK alternative email account, but each time I get the message: "Sorry, something went wrong. Please go back and try again."
I've tried Chrome (& Incognito), Edge and the App. Same error each time. I think it's needed as part of this VirginMedia O2 ID that I need to create.
Which number is best to call? Hard finding a phone number on the site.
