My Virgin media asking for a two factor authorisation

Just tried to log into My virgin media and had the instruction to set up 2 factor  authorisation, seems that theirs a problem this morning, jugging. by the number of post on the subject. I restarted my computer and deleted all cookies, this time it allowed me to sign in as normal. Another Virgin Media Problem?
