How To Close Blueyonder Email Account

Hello.

I want to remove the Blueyonder email account from my Virgin Account. The help page suggests that this is not possible but I'm hoping there must be a way if a customer no longer wants such an account. I saw on the web that the only approach was to seek deletion via raising the matter via this forum. 

I hope someone can help.
