Hacked blueyonder account, email address changed, password changed, i have no access to cancel the accoun

My blueyonder email has been hacked, password and email changed by the scammers, they are now accessing other accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and I've received an email from my own email address requesting crypto, I have a police action fraud ref but I can't get hold of anyone to close my email for me, help!

    Hi Karen

    My husbands experiencing the same thing, he's been on the phone for 3 hours trying to get his email closed and a new one . After 20 mins of conversation they cut him off.he can't access his account to install the new email
