Emails not working - how do we find out what’s going on?
Our ntlworld.com is unable to receive some emails (Google and some BT accounts) not send some
What’s being done to fix?

Hi ClaireMoore,
Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.
We were aware of an issue with the NTL World email accounts that happened on Wednesday.
This was resolved that same day, so you should now have access again.
We do apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused by the interruption in service.
If you have any further questions, please pop back to us and we'd be happy to help.
Some accounts are still not working following this outage though.
Please Vikki could you reply to my message sent yesterday, I'm 3 days without email coming through ~ Littlewren.

Thanks for coming back here.
I can see my colleague has already replied to vie your other thread: Ntlworld Email accounts been deleted by VM!!?
Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
Have a look at the reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
