Ntlworld.com not working

Have a look at service status on the main website. For me it shows a broadband issue for this, and has an estimated fix time in about an hour, we will see.

This has happened to me today too. The odd email is getting through, but other people keep phoning/messaging me to say that their emails to me are bouncing back. The service status on the Virgin Media website shows no problems.

Having the same problem. It's too frequent at the moment. Sort it out please Virgin!

Have been having the same issues today and it's still happening. I've tried sending test emails from one of my non Ntlworld email addresses and it's bouncing back saying DNS can't find ntlworld.com

Same - been driving me nuts all afternoon until I found these threads about it. Come on Virgin - lets get this sorted please

So whom do we contact as been having problems as some of my contact emails are not getting through to my NTL and my chosen forwarding mail ... consequently can not sign into other places  as need the dam verification codes ......

I have the same issue but online in a browser it's working fine...just not on my mobile!

Seems like it's back working now.... but for how long?  Earlier today it was a bit intermittent.. We'll see...

Mine is working again now. Don't hold your breath though, as this is the 3rd time today that it has started working but then shuts down straight away.

The latest text update from the Virgin Engineers is 10:30 pm today for a full National fix, however no update on whether the bounced emails whilst it's been down can be or will be recovered !!!
