My father in-law has been locked out of his ntl world emails as of Friday, is there anyway he can access it via VM?

If anyone has a NTL world.com.or any virgin media email and no longer have a virgin media account, i have just been told that they are going through emails and manually deleting them if you no longer have a virgin account this includes if you still have an active email.

If he has been using a third party client to access his account such as Outlook then his mailbox may of been locked due to inactivity. No NTL is his only email that he uses. He has tried many times ringing the number you have provided but it is quite difficult for him to get through and the call ends up getting cutting off. He is on Facebook, can he reach out that way?
