No mass hacking. They just forgot to renew the domain name!
God, It looks like they revamped the Forums again - Trying to make 99% useless 100% useless I guess....
It's happening to more than one of my accounts too, most can receive, one cant receive, none can send. Probably another mass hacking attempt that they'll not tell anyone about.

me too nothing since this morning now wont retreive or send emails
I'm the same. I can't send anything from my Ntlworld.com webmail address . It worked yesterday. The error message goes on about not authenticated and DNX errors , what ever they are. Help

This is crazy. Many of us have ntl email addresses for work. How can it take an entire day to fix....
Are they business accounts?
My NTLWORLD account is now working again, however don't hold your breath as this is the 3rd time today that it has come back online but then gone off again.
The text msg. update form the Virgin Engineers is a National fix by 10:30pm tonight. However no update as to whther the bounced emails form today can be or will be recovered !!!
Anything we can do if emails from earlier don't arrive - presumably the senders will get 'not available' and hopefully will re send perhaps?
Anyone using NTL email for work is really asking for problems. And you will continue to get them.
I still have the same issue as yesterday. Emails came in last night, but this morning none and the one I sent last night and a test one I tried to send this morning fails. I'm being told to put in my password, when I do it can't connect. Same symptoms as yesterday.
I got on to VM this morning as I haven't received email for two days now. I was told that they're expecting it to be another 2 days before it's fixed. I'm getting the odd email through, but I'm talking one every few hours when I know that several have been sent to me. Shocking.
